Crowne Plaza Lansing by IHG

Very nice stay at this hotel, they are currently making renovations. It has a very modern appearance, the staff is very polite and friendly. Food was good, maybe a touch on the expensive side for the quality. The chicken I had was extremely over cooked, dry and tough and the Alfredo was just clumpy cheesy sauce. Breakfast although a touch high in price was the best meal I had there. Overall good experience, the room was nice, bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of places to plug in my devices and the wifi was very good.

This place is incredible! The staff is fantastic. I left my wallet, and when I called, the front desk representative named Oliver was amazing. I drove an hour back, and everything was intact. I stay here every year for our clinic, and I look forward to continuing to stay here. The rooms are always clean, and it's a nice stay.WONDERFUL ESTABLISHMENT!

Clean place. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking space. Hot tub was clean and warm. The interior of the building had a modern look and was under further renovation in the lobby but that wasn't of any inconvenience. Victor, at the reception. Friendly and helpful while being respectful and professional at the same time. Location - close to the outer periphery of Lansing but that wasn't much of a concern for us. Microwave wasn't there in the room but a lot of nice hotels don't have one in the room.

The customer service was great, hotel is beautiful, room was immaculate and beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. I love that the building looks older on the outside but inside is modernized just enough to be tasteful and beautiful but not too modern! Definitely recommend and I know I will be staying g here again when and if I ever come back to this area.

Crowne Plaza is always has friendly staff who will pamper your family and kids. I have stayed at this location many different times throughout the years. Right now (November 2025) the hotel is going through some updates. However, it's still worth the stay. I love the new look and my room was fantastic.
