Super 8 by Wyndham Sacramento North

Horrible. Reserved and 15 m8ns before we get there my 3 daughters and I for a heer competition, was te ted and told my room had been canceled. I hadn't even been to the property yet to check I n and pay. They are GARBAGE. My daughter's did not get to bed until 2 am bicarbonate I could not find a room.

I stayed there 3 nights and had a very bad experience. Very terrible hotel. Territory around the motel is like in third world country. Dirty, garbage everywhere, dry weeds around which are never pulled out. A lot of addicts hanging around, laying on the parking lots. Room was clean but full of crawling ants everywhere - on a table, on night stands, in a sink, in the bathtub. The floor was vinyl, no carpet in sleeping area. The corridor has the same vinyl floor with holes in it. Mattress had broken spring on the edge so I almost hurt my leg. When I was checking out I complained to the front desk guy about it and he looked like he was VERY surprised. I don’t believe I was the first one who told them this. Drug central. But it's cheap. The beds are clean. The place is old and the rooms show it. Becareful where you walk outside, especially for your pet. Needles all over. Homeless all over. There is no laundry room for long-term guests. There is a breakfast room, but they only serve coffee. Very sparse. But AC runs, and it's better than triple digits. Only the microwave is in the lobby. And the refrigerator freezes everything and very little space. All door racks are broken. But it's cheap compared to anywhere else around here. Wyndham should know better. I was shocked! Pictures are not accurate. Flooring is horrible. I saw no carpeting. Flooring is dangerous, so watch where you walk and there's a pool there, but no one was allowed to use it. I'm an experienced budget traveler and have stayed in cheap places around the world, but this place was creepy even for my standards. The good: The room was fine. AC worked well, beds comfy and shower hot. The bad: Everything else. The lobby, halls and grounds were dirty....lots of litter strewn about. The clientele was pretty sketchy. In the morning when taking things down to my car, a very strange guy (I mean total crackhead type) was walking the hallways. Saw the same guy wandering the parking lot as we drove off. No way he was a paying guest. What was he doing walking the hallways? Anyway, cheap but sketchy for sure.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The surrounding area is highly unsafe, with numerous drug addicts loitering around. Upon our arrival, we witnessed a man aggressively stabbing a palm tree with a large knife right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly alarming. The hotel itself was dirty and had a pervasive smell of weed throughout the premises. We felt so unsafe, both for ourselves and our vehicle, that we had no choice but to check out immediately. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away for your own safety and peace of mind.
