Super 8 by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse North Airport

Positive: The staff! Everyone was helpful, professional and pleasant. Negative: Nope! Have stayed there a few times and will return. Very handy to the airport, appreciate the shuttle!

They have baby play pens that are so nice and clean and cute!! WHAT??? I love this hotel for a great price and GREAT STAFF! Andrea is so sweet! She went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter had a nice play pen, just the over all experience was great, if I ever need a hotel I’m coming here. Everything is clean and beautiful!! YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE!!!

I booked this property thinking it would be a dingy motel and i was completely wrong! The lobby though simple was bright and had tables in it. The staff was very friendly and when I walked into my room I was VERY surprised at how modern and updated it was. The bathroom was clean and bright, the carpets looked new, and it smelled like it was just cleaned. Fridge and Microwave, Cable is awesome (watched the Rangers Game), and I really liked how the room was cleaned and set back up daily. Save the money if you can and go to this property..... Oh year 24 hour coffee in the lobby! :)

The Hotel in general is nice. Some of the staff are beautiful. Their Prices are pretty high, especially for seniors. You cant use your AARP when book with Wyndam. The location was nice and the rooms were pretty clean. I was just stuck in snow in the parking lot, took a while to get out. The younger staff are very very pleasant and respectful. A couple times I got a two-hour sleep over, but now they only give you an hour. I'm just going to visit and check out others hotels in the area. I think it's great to change up sometimes.

I chose to stay here again when coming into Syracuse for my ivf. The shuttle came immediately to pick me up from the airport (so maybe don’t call in advance- call when you’re ready and already have your bag! Second time they had to wait on me… ) , the room was clean again, absolutely no complaints. Front desk workers were very friendly (the three I met), no weird smells… McDonald’s and Dunkin right next door and easy to get Ubers from. The price is a huge selling point but the first time I stayed- I thought that I would have to settle for something’s since the price was so affordable. Nope! They don’t slack in quality at all.
