Homewood Suites by Hilton Syracuse/Liverpool

Positive: Very clean and nice lobby and rooms. Negative: Had a awful time. The power to the hotel went out at 5am and talked to the night staff and they said the manger would be reaching out for a complimentary night stay to apologize it has been several weeks and 3 messages left and they won't return my calls.

We needed a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite for a short stay with our grandchildren, and Homewood Suites Liverpool met that need. ||Things like we liked about our suite: great, spacious layout. Parking was available immediately outside our door, which minimized steps and lugging of our suitcases. Everything in the suite seemed to work. I had occasion to use the washer/dryer (you must provide your own laundry detergent and softener), the microwave, etc. They accommodated our request for daily housekeeping, which was appreciated. Towels were plentiful and of a good quality. The full sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the bath were also of a good quality and were full so we didn't run out! Great stay with our youth hockey team! The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating to our large group, which made everything easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for more than a month for work, and this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast selection was always fresh and varied, and the mid-week Wednesday dinner was something we always looked forward to. Manager Sarah went above and beyond to secure us a comfortable suite, and the entire team — Nick, Sonia, Denise, and Tess — were warm, helpful, and consistently professional. Thank you for making our long stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I recently stated here for 5 nights for work and enjoyed my time here. I had an issue at check in but it got figured out rather quickly when I came back to my room every couple of days my bed was made as well as I had fresh towels. Another time they even did the dishes I didn’t put in the dishwasher yet. Plus it was quite and enjoyable I’m glad my job put me here while I was in the area for work
