Staybridge Suites Syracuse (Liverpool) by IHG

Stayed 2 adults, 3 boys in one of the suites and it was the best time! I used to stay in airbnbs so we would have the kitchen amenities, but at Staybridge, they have kitchens, great breakfasts, amazing layouts, pull out couches, etc! The whole kitchen is stocked with everything we need- coffee and coffee maker, dishes, glasses, even salt and sugar!! Best of being away from home while still having the exciting hotel experience for the kids Now, the staff - if I could give them 10/5 I would - they all went above and beyond and were wonderful to us and the kids! They genuinely enjoyed the boys (and they’re wild) and made our stay so memorable! Will definitely come back and I highly suggest this location!!

This is a very quiet and quaint spot. The suites are very well separated and spacious. The rooms are abundantly clean as is the rest of the hotel. The towels smell like maple syrup + throughout the hotel there’s various good scents. Mary, is fantastic. During breakfast she is kindly chatting with guests; ensuring they don’t need anything and getting it for them if they do. She’s very friendly and makes it feel like home. Wish it had a pool, but the service and cleanliness make up for it. Will be coming back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice that there is a separate bedroom with 2 beds, living room and kitchenette. It offered free breakfast which was decent. To our surprise, Monday-Thursday they have social hour and serve dinner. We had shepards pie and it was good.||Unfortunately the room itself leaves a bit to be desired. When we first walked in, the room had a strange/funky smell to it. Maybe someone cooked something in that room that made it smell that way, who knows. The couch had holes and not very comfy. The mattresses need to get upgraded. They were not comfortable and very noisy. Also the ceiling had spots of mold in the bathroom and what appeared to be spitballs or something all over them.||This was not a terrible hotel however it is a bit pricey for the outdated rooms.

The entire staff at this location is incredible. I stay here very frequently for my job, and I am always welcomed back by them every time. I have never had a bad experience with anyone and have stayed here over 200 nights. The social hour food is great and always welcoming. The cleaning and maintenance team are also very friendly and helpful. The front desk team never disappoints and can solve any problem that arises in my reservation. I would recommend this group over any other place in the area. They give 110% everyday!

I have to say this is the best hotel in the area. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and serving staff are amazing, Mary is very sweet, and the front desk team was exceptional, especially Jennifer, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We’ve stayed at many other hotels in the Big Apple and around this area, but this one truly stands out. The location is perfect for shopping, and everything is conveniently close by. I especially love the two-bedroom suite, which feels like a large apartment with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, which is ideal when travelling with kids. We’ve also stayed in the one-bedroom suite with the kids; it’s a bit cozier but still excellent value for the price. This is our 3rd time going in the last 5 months, ready for the fun. See you soon.
