Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice assortment of options for everyone. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, and more could be requested. If you needed housekeeping when staying longer than one night you do need to ask for it, although we did not need it. We stay here every year when we come down to Syracuse to do our Christmas shopping/girls get-away. We'll be back next year, for sure.

My wife and I stayed there a week or so ago and Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast was decent. Staff was great . Big shoutout to the night person I believe her name was Jenna. She was very friendly and outgoing. My wife has been dealing with depression and Jenna made her smile and laugh! Hotel was pretty decent cost wise! We came up for a family event and this was the closest hotel to our family’s house. Pretty good stay.

The Staff was Excellent and very friendly. The check in was very easy. The rooms were spotless. I like that it’s right off highway and had plenty of restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. Thank you again

Price was fair. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The women who works the graveyard shift, Jenna ? Jennifer? She has dark hair and glasses. She was incredibly sweet and outgoing. She helped me out with questions regarding the areas around the hotel since I am not from here. She was Super helpful.. And she’s really funny lol! Location was close to the highway and shopping centers. Breakfast was okay. ( need healthier options ) Only issue with the stay was hearing people slam the door all night but other than that, it was a good stay.. Would stay again.

Room cleanliness was excellent. Some mechanical issues need addressed. Room card maker malfunctions and we needs new cards twice during a 2 night stay. We did not trust the elevator as it broke down during the stay. Breakfast host Saturday morning Nov 8th (didn't get a name) is one of the best hotel employees I've ever come in contact with.
