the only reason they get two stars is because it was somewhat save and somewhat convenient. the staff was rude at best my room had a horrible ceiling leak the walls had what looked like urine on them and the sheets were dirty. everything is old and kinda dirty and it doesn’t help if you ask for a new room because the staff is just annoyed to help. travel here every year for business and i know where i will not be returning. also some of the rooms where numbered in sharpee and cardboard

We were snowed in and had to find a room quickly. Shiva was awesome in finding us a very clean and neat room. Continental breakfast was not basic. Ot included make-your-own Belgian waffles, eggs, French toast and sausages, aming other food items.A clean room with no bed mites or strange smells-clean but no strong overpowering detergents- was good for me.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very impressed. Everything is well maintained and spotless, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. I had a great experience and will certainly return on my next trip.

Reasonably priced. Room in general, the bedding and bathroom facilities were very clean. Room decor was rather shabby - carpet stained , reading chair dirty and stained. Room itself was small for 2 people - glad I was there by myself. With some upgrades the room could have been quite nice. The breakfast options were standard and adequate but the presentation was utilitarian and not that appealing. However, the coffee was excellent. Accessing the property from I90 is confusing, especially in the dark. Thankfully I had been there previously.

After arriving at the hotel, we were assigned a room and unpacked all of our suitcases. I would like to note that the desk clerk who assisted us during check-in and check-out was extremely kind and professional, and I appreciate her courteous service. Later that evening, we went out to dinner. When we returned, we were unable to get back into our room due to an issue with the door. We were informed by the desk clerk that we would need to move to another room down the hall. No clear explanation was provided, and there was no attempt to repair the door. This was an extreme inconvenience, as we had to repack all of our belongings and move rooms. While we were moving down the hall I did notice that another patron had difficulties getting into her room. Unfortunately, the second room also had s
