Holiday Inn & Suites Syracuse Airport

I just recently stayed there for the week due to work. I work on dewatering bypassing. And was convenient location for where pur jobsite is located. I swear the staff there needs raises. Especially Maddy and Brandy. They always willing to just chat and will go above for your needs. They are amazing people. As well the room was really nice in my opinion. And the breakfast was great to. Ill definitely be sure to come stay again in a few weeks to pester those two.

All the staff at the hotel made our stay comfortable and very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious with a great selection including lots of fresh fruit. Our 2 dinners in the restaurant were both excellent. The airport shuttle service and hotel parking were great. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the HI in Liverpool on Thursday December 18 for a stay and ride for our trip to Florida. We always stay there as they have a restaurant on-site and free shuttle to the airport. The front desk associates are always friendly and professional. The restaurant, Maplewood Bar & Grill, has a very limited but very good menu. The room was perfect. It was easy to adjust the temperature as it was a bit warm when we first got there. The bed was nice and firm, the shower hot and had great pressure. When we landed at the end of our trip, they actually called to make sure we landed and to tell us the shuttle was on its way.

Recently stayed at this hotel on a very snowy Sunday. We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool and was in close proximity to the airport. It did not disappoint. Each member of the staff we interacted with was GREAT! Cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Monday morning when it time to leave Jeff provided assistance with cleaning off my car. I will always use this location when I need to stay before a flight out of the Syracuse airport.

What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. The employees there, we were helped by Brandi and Jeff the shuttle driver, were truly outstanding and provided us with exceptional customer service. I told my wife not to look any further in the future, book us here at this hotel every time we fly out of Syracuse. Really an all around great place.
