Studio 6 Extended Stay - Duluth, GA - Atlanta - Gwinnett Place

Positive: The staff was very nice and easy to deal with! Negative: The whole room was dirty pretty much, all we did was sleep there for a night so I did not make a fuss. The shower had hair in it, the floor had not been swept or mopped, the bedding had cigarette holes in it as well.

Excellent hotel staff! Clean rooms and quiet property. Nimisha Patel, Manager, is very friendly and accommodating. I got my car keys locked in and didn’t know how to get them out. The front desk staff searched and found something in the middle of the night! They are truly caring about their patrons! I would definitely recommend staying there while in the Duluth area. This is my second stay!

I've enjoyed my extended stay. Nimisha, Trisha, & Jay in the front office are amazing. They are professional and patient. Even the housekeepers and maintenance are great. Robert in maintenance is awesome! He is always professional and courteous. Not only does he keep the outside grounds clean, but the couple of times I've had an issue, he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Problem fixed and no mess left. You don't find maintenance service like that in most of these "luxury" apartments! Clean, Quiet, and Excellent Staff!

The manager was very rude, screamed at me and my older sister for no reason, claimed she was losing business because of us, the first room we were in(because we had to switch rooms) the bathroom door was VERY raggedy and looked like a big dog chewed it up completely. And the second room was slightly better but the unit was very loud and dusty and the manager was making me and my family leave and have to find somewhere else to live. I never would recommend this place to ANYONE, unless you want to deal with a very rude, loud, disrespectful, low-down, nasty attitude Indian lady as the manager and the person you have to go to besides the other people that work there.

This is definitely a budget hotel. If you're on a budget, it might work for you, if you're not super-picky. I didn't see any live bugs, and the room was clean enough. The shower worked well - even with four of us showering, the water stayed hot and had good pressure. A couple of the outlets didn't work, there was no coffee in the room (but there was a coffee pot). Beds weren't very comfortable (and I'm not usually very picky about that). I had the impression that this was a place that people come to live for weeks or months when they're having a streak of hard luck. Cabinets damaged inside, cabinet doors damaged, etc. The first night we struggled to get one towel per person from the desk. A neighbor yelled loudly about every 10 minutes for more than an hour, making it hard to get to sleep.
