The booking process was the only part of this entire experience that went smoothly. Everything after that was a complete mess. I changed the guest name so my husband could check in early with our one-year-old son, since I had a show and wouldn’t get in until after midnight. The system confirmed the name change twice, yet the hotel still refused to honor it. They were rude to my husband at the desk, and when I stepped out of my event to call, the staff was just as rude and dismissive to me. They insisted “changes can’t be made,” despite their own system confirming otherwise. Because of their refusal to follow through with something that should have been simple, my husband had to drive around downtown Atlanta with an exhausted toddler until I could get there. That alone was unacceptable—but

Positive: Room is clean Negative: I feel unsafe , so many people walking around with dogs bark all night , I don’t think it’s a tourist people

I was skeptical about booking here since it was the cheapest but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I came down for the Southeast Reptile Expo and the motel was exactly 1 mile from the expo. Room was extremely clean. We had everything we needed. The room was very spacious due to it being accessible to people with disabilities. If I had to complain about anything the only thing I can think of is it would be about time for the motel to upgrade from spring beds. I would totally book here again.

The price is a steal now a days. I'm use to staying in places like the crown hotel but that's on special occasions for a room for the night or a week it's a nice place to stay. I do love the staff. They are friendly and helpful but more importantly they don't bother you while your here. I like that part. Yes it is a motel but in some ways it feels like a hotel minus the deposit fee. Lol

Never Again. Came for Lego event at Gas South. Room was fine, but super loud (on purpose) car in handicapped spot outside our room. . It disturbed us/woke us up morning, noon, night, overnight. It literally vibrated our entire room, often. 2nd day Boyfriend asked if anything could be done. The woman said people have been complaining about this for a very long time but the manager says he can't do anything because they live here. 🤣Ridiculous excuse. Those people chose to do that to their car. I won't go back. You shouldn't either.
