Studio 51 Extended Stay Hotel

If I could give them a negative star review, I would back on February 20. I had a room reserved with them through Expedia that they were unable to fulfill, even though it was prepaid for, and I called to make sure that it was ready when I arrived the first room they gave me hasn’t Even been taking care of for example the beds are not made. The lights were on heater was on full. Blast TV was on full blast like somebody just left the room. The second room they gave me the door refused to lock. So so the room was completely unsecure. I asked the front attendant if there was Security because I was on a motorcycle and I was concerned about the safety of my bike. Turns out Security never showed up that day on February 20, 2026. I have been issued a refund for the two nights that are prepaid for,

the girl at the front desk was very nice and has a great smile. very welcoming. the hotel is coming along I'm sure it will be a great place to stay for all soon. worst part is that there were dogs barking all night ever where.

If you know, Phoenix, you know what 51st Ave. is like! It’s a tough area, of course finding rates that can accommodate a tough situation are rare to find and this one here is a diamond in the Rough! The rooms are pretty good, I think the only downside I’ve seen so far would be the TV not having additional inputs, but I love the idea of having a stove and sink available for whenever I need. The staff is upfront, direct, and to the point! As they should be considering the area. I’ve had some miscommunication on my end with them, but nothing I’ve never been able to clear up by just having A face-to-face. If I could ask for one thing, Would honestly just be to be able to Accommodate furnished or unfurnished but its completely understandable considering the room comes with TV and table dinin

Positive: Did not stay. Way too sketchy! Negative: People doing drugs and pushing shopping carts in parking lot. Blood on curtains and bedding. Urine on bedding. Bugs in room. People sitting on my car and throwing balls at it. Guy followed me to my room. A motel where homeless receive vouchers.

The location was fine, close to where we needed to be. For one night it was fine, but we got no decent blankets, just some sheets. Fortunately we brought our own blanket. Additionally the floors and bathroom could use a cleaning. The reception workers were extremely nice. It worked for a last minute thing, but there's always room for improvement.
