Christina is an absolute sweetheart and works nonstop. She has gone above and beyond during my 5 day stay. The room is very spacious and clean, and the beds are really comfy. The atmosphere here is different than most places. Its not a typical hotel feel. It feels like im surrounded by extended family that i just havent met until now. I usually stay in my room when at hotels, but here, i actually like walking around and talking to people. I will definitely be back in a few weeks when passing through again!

So, this place is ok. It is exactly what you think it is. The rooms are spacious. Shower water pressure is good. The kitchen is functional. HOWEVER The walls are thin. The cleanliness in the unit I stayed in is closer to a 3/5 than a 5. Sticky floors, someone's spit take of orange crush beside the window, and an overuse of air fresheners. The biggest issue was the lack of staff. Checking out at 5am was a mystery with no instructions in the app, in the room, posted in the guest entry, or at the lobby about how to check out when you're outside of lobby hours. Check in after hours? Sure. Need to leave at 5am? Good luck. I will not be staying again, but I wouldn't tell others to avoid, necessarily.

I have been extremely impressed and feel fortunate to have secured a room at StayAPT suites in Rock Hill. Christine and Derek are truly professional, yet kind! My only disappointment is that there is not a special rate for traveling teachers or healthcare workers. I am certain if there was a traveler’s rate then there would be many more five star reviews!

My family and I stayed here about a month ago and it was great. I can not say enough great things about this place! It was cozy and felt like a home away from home. It was clean and quiet. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and are willing to help at any time. The manager Christine is so wonderful and was quick to help with all my needs. The room was cleaned so beautifully by Brittney and Jayla. I would like to give a special shout out to Brittney because I left behind my rings and she was a true lifesaver and turned them into the front office. Thank you again for doing that. If in the future I needed somewhere to stay in Rock Hill this would definitely be it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
