I didn't get the name of the gentleman that amswered my questions at the front desk and ultimately helped me book a room, but he was friendly and answered all my questions about the property and booking process. The room was a very fair price and it looks like the rooms were renovated very recently. They are very nice and upon entering the room, my room was clean and smelled good unlike some of the other hotels in this area that cost just as much, or more. There is wifi, a smart TV in the room and the bathroom was decent. AC works good and beds are decent, so overall so far so good. Will definitely stay in the future.

Cheap place to stay, decent room, good staff. watch your belongings, there are some unsavory characters that stay here. With that being said their security is top notch. They monitor the cars into the back lot, and have a good upto date video servallance system. I highly recommend getting a room in the back lot. Went into my room for 60 seconds and someone stole my phone and vape I left on the picnic table. Security was able to pull up and find who took it and we able to retrieve it. Also kicked out the person responsible. They are not afraid to get rid of bad characters.

The service at Stay 7 was great! The front desk staff was very helpful and went above and beyond for service. The property is aging but it’s clear the rooms are being taken care of which tends to be the biggest compromise for budget hotels. My complaint is the lack of a weather seal on the room door. All kinds of things could have came through that gap but otherwise the room was outstanding for the price. Would recommend.

For the price I’m not upset with the experience. But could definitely use some work. The staff were great! Super kind and friendly. However the place is quite run down and dirty. There was dirt all across the floors and stains on the pillow cases. The whole place could use a good deep clean. The main drawback was the thin walls. You could hear everything happening outside your room from someone walking past to a particular dog parking for hours late at night.

WARNING: Dangerous, disgusting establishment. I wish I could score this hotel lower than a 1-star review. This property clearly pays for reviews since nobody in their right mind would stay here knowingly. The manager on duty, Anthony, told me the property was a halfway house until recently when they closed it and displaced the residents. This was obvious as many of the displaced individuals were now roaming the parking lot only to be kept at bay by an armed and armored security guard sitting by the property gate. I was approached by multiple individuals in the parking lot but was told by the manager, Anthony, not to worry because the employees "live on site and protect the people at the hotel."
