SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Natomas

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days. The service was lovely and a special thank you to Jo who helped us with our AC unit when it stopped working properly. We also tried the breakfast on our last day there and happy with the food. It was pretty decent! We both enjoyed our stay and were incredibly happy with our room. There were two issues that we noted, but weren't too problematic; 1. the bathroom sink was slowly clogging up, and 2. the ice bucket had mold in it. Besides that, we had an amazing experience here!

Room looked ok however the TV did not work. I think it was the remote. It had no sound and you could not turn it up or turn it off. I called the front desk. They did send someone up but they did not fix the issue. Not a huge deal since I had my phone to watch tv but disappointing. The bed was comfortable but the heater was so loud! There was no sleeping with that noise. I tried. At 12 am I turned it off. Then I got to hear freeway noise. Also there was no conditioner in the shower. So terrible night sleep here. Breakfast was ok. I told the front desk about the noisy heater and the street noise. They said that they would give me extra points as I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. So we will see. I won’t stay here again. I hate paying for hotels that you can not sleep in.

Positive: N/A Negative: My debit was not refunded after the 7 business day wait as written. No refund after 18 business days, they have not done a thing to assist. They have been avoiding calls. They did absolutely nothing to be helpful. I will never recommend them to anyone!

Ok this place was top tier. Staff were amazing and helped me whenever I needed it. Snack area open late but wish it had a few more selections. Lobby was fancy. Rooms were spacious. My room had a trundle couch and bar area. Area was secluded and quiet I slept really well. Rate was not to bad .

This hotel looked like a newer property. Rooms were roomier with a feeling of suites,small kitchente area for microwave + fridge . Plenty of space in room. Bonus is checkout at 12. However we didn't use this .
