My family and I found the hotel comfortable and in a great location. Check in was quick and simple. After long day traveling Maegan at the front desk was a pleasure. She was very welcoming, kind and professional! Luckily Meagan was also there at checkout to help us along our way. Breakfast was nice, there was a little bit of everything. If we are ever in the area and in need of a rest we'd definitely stay here again!

I have had excellent experiences each time I stayed at SpringHill in Florence South Carolina. The staff and management are very professional and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I was very impressed when I walked into the hotel and was greeted by name. The front desk remembered me from my previous visit with them. Positive: The breakfast, free parking,and the friendly staff. Negative: During my 5 night stay I had issues with the room card 4 times. It was very inconvenience.

Meh. We were originally given a room on the first floor - had to ask to change due to the smell in the room. We were given a room on the second floor which was much better. This place is tired. I wouldn’t use the shower in our room, they had applied some sort of grippy stucco on the bottom of the tub. Eewwww. No way that is clean. Very busy area and getting a meal at a local restaurant became a real challenge. The average rate was 1.5 hours. Won’t stop in this area again.
