Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence, SC

Super convenient location, close to all of my work meetings. I love that there’s restaurants within super easy walking distance and even though it’s pet friendly and there were dogs in other rooms, I did not hear any when in my room and my room was super clean without any smells. Great to have a fridge as well. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Positive: Breakfast staff nice. Apples available was nice. Laundry section nice. Negative: Alot of noise even far from the elevator. Guests & personnel not understanding that some guests sleep work remotely- loud talk singing-music at pool was Christmas in March staff couldn't change-dispensers empty no cooking options only microwave

Hotel was fine, very convenient location. Room was fine. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever. No eggs when I was there and the orange juice was awful. I threw it away. When my husband got there, they were out of coffee. Looks like they never refilled it because when he checked again, still out.

We absolutely LOVE Home2Suites. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the room layout with sofa area and kitchen (a full-sized fridge and freezer!) combines to be more than ample to welcome us after a long drive. We particularly stay in Florence and Brunswick … those locations are incredible as well, immediately off I-95!

Stopped in with my family of 5 while traveling to Orlando. Hotel was close and convenient to the highway.||Room was spacious enough for us. Kitchen amenities were there, but not needed.||Bathroom was clean and shower pressure decent.||Hotel breakfast was good but crowded. ||Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our first room had a bad TV, and we got moved immediately with no issues. But in the evening, they appeared to be understaffed.||Great hotel. Seriously considering for our return home trip.
