Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-North-I-95

We had reservations at another hotel, which didn’t measure up, so we showed up with no reservation; arriving just after a large tour bus was unloading. We were able to get a dog friendly room with a king sized bed. The staff was quite busy with the bus load of people when we arrived, but efficient in getting us checked in. I may have waited 6-7 minutes, not bad considering. We really appreciated after driving all day, then having an unpleasant experience at a different hotel, to be checked in quickly. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding nice. Breakfast was pretty good, we especially enjoyed having the bold coffee choice and fresh fruit. The staff we encountered were warm and friendly. It was a nice experience and we’ll definitely be back.

What a great stop! The hotel was clean and our room was spacious, well-designed and spotless. A “shout out” to Veronica and Teresa who were very helpful and pleasant. I observed these ladies remain professional and polite with a clearly tired traveler who was quite impatient, to put it kindly with staff. The hallmark of good staff is patience and they showed it.

We arrived late last night, had a seemless checkin. I asked if our room was quiet, he assured me Id sleep well. Got to our room door beside the very loud maintenance room. My husband & I gave each other the look like 'oh geeze'. Walked into the room, closed the door & every other sound but a soft hum like white noise. I was out cold in less than 30 mins & slept like a baby. Got up in the morning and went to their free breakfast. Good selection & taste. Loved the mini waffle iron because I could make just 1! The staff has been friendly and helpful, just all around great stay for an overnight trip. Will definitely become our 'go'to hotel' when we have to come to the area. 10/10recommend.

We weren't there for more than 12 hours. Staff was quite pleasant. The hotel seemed a bit dated but in good repair. Plenty of hot water, clean sheets, great location. Can't speak to the breakfast as we were on the road before 6am when they opened. Only complaint would be price. Everyone online, including Hilton own, had room around 120.00 but website wouldn't allow booking. Upon calling direct to hotel the room was 147.00. Not cool
