Spark by Hilton Norfolk

I had an GREAT stay! It was a one nighter, but this hotel was perfect. Easy to locate, I arrived after 9pm. The parking area was well lit, I felt safe parking my car there. I used the app to check in and create a digital key as I knew it would be late when I arrived. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and offered to make a physical key, but I declined as it was a short trip. The hotel was very clean the staff was amazing and very friendly. As I was leaving one of the staffers was on the hall preparing to clean room and went ahead and pushed the elevator button for me so that it would be there when I made it to the end of the hallway. We stayed for a night. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Staff was very nice! Would stay again when we do our trips to Norfolk.

Patricia was amazing! Had some travel issues with my family’s trip here and she was so helpful with adjusting the reservation. Then she was there at check in and beyond courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As a former hospitality professional, I know the evening shift can be tough and very busy. ||Additionally the rooms are clean with a fresh set up and modern design. And for such a good price, even during the holiday! ||Thank you, Patricia! This hotel will forever be my go to when people visit me here in Norfolk!

WOW! Where do I start? Everything was absolutely amazing. Open parking lot (yes it is included too) and amazing receptionist Nelly. When we walked in she greeted us after a long drive, provided us with options of cookies, and provided us quality customer service care while checking in. Everything was explained and the lobby was beautifully homey and clean. I enjoyed that the elevator was close by and the room was spectacular. Best beds, comfort rooms, my name on the TV (big plus), the shower spacious and comfy. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend this hotel for a nice chill stay. Breakfast also included :)

My room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. There was a mini fridge which was nice, but no coffee maker, and no microwave. They do have complimentary coffee and the front desk available 24 hours a day, and there's also a microwave for guests to use there also. I give it 4 stars because I'd prefer to be able to have my morning coffee when I first wake up while in my pj's instead of having to get dressed and walk to the hotel front desk for it. No microwave in the room is an inconvenience as well. Other than that, my stay was good and staff is friendly. They do offer free breakfast. Mostly cereals, instant oatmeal and muffins.
