Sonesta Simply Suites Atlanta Gwinnett Place

This is my second time staying here, and I like this place a lot. The room is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I need. The location is also very convenient, close to many restaurants and markets I frequently visit. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Danielle at the front desk. She always makes me feel welcomed. She is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to assist me, explain things clearly, and made sure my issues were taken care of. Her positive attitude and warm service really stood out and made my stay even better. She went above and beyond to help, and her friendliness really made a difference.

Positive: Clean Negative: No pool.

I am very unhappy with my experience at this hotel. We had to leave shortly upon check-in because the conditions of the accommodations were very unclean (bad smells, stains on couch, tampon left in bathroom garbage) and it began to give my wife and children headaches. My youngest daughter’s breathing became impacted and had to use here rescue inhaler twice. After communicating this to the person on duty he offered no help and refused to let me contact a manager. At this point I requested a refund and moved my family to a new hotel. Staff told the manager but he denied the refund. I have not been able to contact the manager. I called corporate and they said they would get back to me and never did.

I enjoy my stay at this sonesta simply every time I book here. The comments are bullshit from people that feel entitled to get their way. The staff is super friendly and attentive to all of your needs while you stay at the location. Ms. Priyanka is the lady I dealt with more than other's and she always go out of here way to make sure I have what I need for the room. The rooms are super clean thanks to the staff that cleans them. I never seen a roach like some of the comments are stating. The shower are so hot to the point it'll burn your butt cheeks 😅... The parking lot is always clean and clear except for some people who smoke that stay on the side of the building to do that. Which isn't much of a problem but you might get tired of seeing them if that's something you have a problem with.

My stay Dec 17-jan 19 for safety from bad family members. I have 2 weeks left here. Front desk very dismissive with any problems needing reasonable resolutions and management unavailable. Chronic pain and mobility restriction person needed hot water for bath tub was never resolved by hotel being my only relief. The ones who helped move me out of the love in THIER own hearts APART FROM management and calling guest services. Maintenance man and one of the maids helped me on THIER own Accord, GOD Bless them💓. Grateful for the hot shower in new room, I just have to kinda lay on its floor. #2 ,yes the carpets feel concerning walking barefoot all over them but I think all hotels have nasty rugs.
