We arrived pretty late and checked in at about 3 o'clock in the morning. First noticed how the right elevator does not work. Got into the left elevator. It was dirty with graffiti scratches all over the metal. Get up to our room on the sixth floor and there is no vending machines on the sixth floor. When we woke up in the morning, we realized we had no hand soap and that there were blood stains in the carpet. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely insane which made that the best part of staying in this hotel. Bed was comfortable air conditioning worked great refrigerator in room worked perfect. Just had to go down the second day to get more towels because they were very stingy with the towels. Didn't experience breakfast at all as we were on the go for most of the time we were the

Positive: I liked the front desks device when checking in and checking out. Negative: I did not like that the rooms did not match what we were shown online. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and a water spot from obvious leaks. The carpets in the hallway and room were poorly cleaned and maintained,

At arrival the gentleman at the front desk was polite. He gave me my assigned room, and I was on my way. Got on the elevator, which smelled like pee. Got to my room and proceeded to go in and to my surprise someone else was in the room. Bed was messy, clothes everywhere. I closed the door and when back to the front desk. He did give me another room but no apology or anything. Get to the new room and it smelled of cigarettes, couch was not clean. I did not feel comfortable staying, if he gave me the key to someone else’s room, it could happen to me too. Being a solo traveler I decided to leave. Dogs barking in rooms Dark and dirty

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was nice it’s just the condition of the room. The lobby looks great but the rooms are not taken care of. My wife and I were here for supposed to be 2 nights but checked out after one. We had two roaches in our room and that is unacceptable.

I don’t even feel like this hotel deserves a star, cause that would mean it would even deserve the one star. The stay was overall about as bad as it could get. When we came in we had issues getting into our room. I accidentally had the name autofilled with my surname and on that I’ll admit was my fault, but the man at the desk stated it wasn’t his problem and continued to be on his phone playing games. Was absolutely no help. Also later when we walked down the receptionist was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone once more. The room was in poor condition, the fridge will freeze everything, shower was constantly leaking and would quickly flood, ended up having to shower at a AirBnB with another person who was at the convention we were heading to.
