Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable, especially as a family traveling with young children. Unsanitary Conditions: During our stay, we encountered roaches in our room on three separate occasions. This alone is alarming, but it was made worse by the fact that we reported the issue immediately to the front desk and provided photo evidence, including pictures of the roach and a visibly dirty sofa. Despite this, no effective action was taken. We specifically requested pest control treatment and a full room cleaning, yet we were repeatedly redirected, given vague responses, and ultimately nothing was done. The location is convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and an outlet mall is a short drive away. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and there are good amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the laundry facilities, gym and swimming pool were useful. Breakfast was included but does not meet my nutritional needs, but probably fine for most people. Clean, tidy and I would stay there again.

The location is the only good thing I can mention about this place. Check-in had bad comments about their cleaning staff. Elevator wreaked of smoke. Pull out couch was in bad shape and mattress looking questionable. No sheets were available for the couch. Night staff, Ty?, was not helpful stating that this is not a full-service hotel, the place was fully booked, and that she didn't have any sheets to give. Breakfast is your standard Continental breakfast. Pancake maker was broken. Eggs were really liquidy. There were hardly any parking spaces almost had to park at the bank next door. The morning staff was apologetic but stated that he could not provide a refund because we used a third party site to book. He would refund parking though I didn't think they charged for parking in the first pl

The hotel and suite were excellent. My family, kids, wife and I enjoyed our room, breakfast, WiFi, but my so. Slept on the sofa couch with a strong smell of urine. We didn’t notice till the next AM. Upon check out, I informed the attendant. They did nothing for us just an apology.

Outstanding location with a Publix right across the street and access to good restaurants either walking or short drive. The room was clean, quiet and dog friendly! The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was never a problem, safe and on site. This is the second time we stayed here and we recommended it. There is even a hospital with an emergency across the street. Good places to walk your dog.
