The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located with in a walking distance to Publix and other service/food plaza. The hotel offers breakfast from 6 am till 9 am. The food that they offer, toast, cereal, fruit, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal. Plus coffee tea juices and water. Hotel also, has a pool and hottub. I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because the surrounding area was nice, with stores and other conveniences nearby. The location made it easy to grab food and run errands. Unfortunately, the rooms clearly lacked proper maintenance. There were missing and broken tiles, marks on the walls, and other visible signs of neglect. It gave the impression that upkeep is not a priority. The beds were also uncomfortable and left our backs hurting after sleeping on them. What was especially frustrating was the check-in policy. Even after using their app for express check-in, they wanted to charge $45 just to check in 10 minutes early. Instead of accommodating guests when rooms are ready, they would rather have people sit and wait in the lobby. That felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. With better ma

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. The hotel does need a few upgrades to the rooms and pool area. However this does not deter me from returning. The staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast has the basic essentials to get the day started.

This is a cheap hotel in the right location for anyone visiting students at Nova Southeastern University or any of its neighboring universities. Much better price than any of the other hotels close by. Beds are soft/comfy, and you can close off the bedroom with small French doors. That was great. Rooms at end of hallways have two windows which actually open! Good desk and office chair for working if you need that. Staff is very nice. Walls are thin - noise from neighboring rooms travels easily. Pool is small but pretty, in a garden. Gym is minimal - treadmill, elliptical, bike, medicine balls, but no free weights. Positive: Multiple elevators for all side entry close to parking sports. Big room and restroom with large mini fridge and microwave. Nice absorbent towels. Laminate flooring. Nice light clean bedding and soft mattress. Negative: Been repainted repeatedly with edging dirty. Bathroom no fan ventilation so some mold showing in shower as typical in moisture climates.Bed no box springs so metal frame squeaked when getting in and out of bed.
