Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation

A wonderful two day stay in midtown Fort Lauderdale! Very close to wonderful restaurants and we were only 15 minutes from the airport. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. Clean rooms and outside pool was a bonus. Highly recommend for the price!

Stayed a Wednesday night in room 222. Choose the Hotel because I wanted to stay in Ft Lauderdale area driving from Orlando and traveling further the next day. Choose this Hotel because it cost less costly than other Hilton options and wanted to see another area than Dana beach where I usually stay.||Was overwhelmed at checkin because of major maintenance going on in the Hotel which resulted in a closed main entrance and lobby area being significantly diminished in space.||Room was clean and had the usual Hampton amenities, but had issues with the lock (not working when swiping card and then suddenly working again). Internet required login again after I stopped using my device. complimentary breakfast was ok, but had less options compared to Homewood suites.|Across the street is Broward

Positive: The amenities. Negative: Someone walked into my room and peeked in. Desk clerk couldn’t explain how it happened. She gave me the impression that I was lying. She gave me a different room. This room was a great room. The first room had a musty odor and an old tv.

The trip started out pretty rough, luckily this location has a night shift worker named DANTE... MAAN let me tell you, the hospitality that man has; he was able to bring my girl and my own energy right back to vacation mode. Travelling is always very stressful and draining. If it wasnt for him I probably would've ended up on "live pd/cops" that's how bad of a night we were having. Dante should definitly be recognized for his persona and customer service. Thank you again Dante!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, it was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful 🙏🏻 I have allergies to scents, and this is the first hotel I've ever seen that didn't have any strong fragrances 🙏🏻 And I will continue to stay at these hotels throughout my trip to New York. Thank you so much, keep up the great work! 🌸🌸🌸 By the way, my room number was 426 ❤️ 4th floor ❤️
