Sleep Inn Phoenix North I-17

My full week stay was awesome. All staff that I dealt with were friendly, asked about my stay, and made sure I had everything I needed. The lobby and rooms were clean and very nice. There is some remodeling, but this work was being done after check out time (11 am). The price point fit my budget and the location fit my needs. I will plan my next stay with this Sleep Inn again.

This hotel do not offers hot breakfast like the website says. The only "hot" item in the breakfast is the waffle maker. By the time I stayed there they were remodeling. It would have been nice to know this before booking the room. Maybe put a note or something on the website letting the customers know the hotel is going under remodeling.

I didn’t even end up staying the night — that should tell you everything. The only decent part of this entire place was the lobby. It almost tricked me into thinking the rest of the hotel might be passable. Unfortunately, the moment we stepped beyond that area, it went downhill fast. The elevator literally had wires hanging out of it. Not “a little loose panel” — actual exposed wires. That alone should have been our sign to turn around. The hallways looked neglected, with disgusting carpet and random paint splatters all over the walls like someone gave up halfway through a renovation years ago. The room itself was worse. The bed had a wet spot on it. Yes, a wet spot. I don’t even want to speculate. The bathtub floor was visibly dirty. The room numbers throughout the hallway were either ha

I've stayed at this hotel a few times before this visit. It's good that you're upgrading the rooms a little. I stayed in an updated room but noticed that it didn't seem fully done. The toilet was not firmly attached to the floor and wobbled a bit when sitting down. Also, there are no grab bars or even a shelf of any sort in the shower. This means you have to bend down to get your shampoo, soap, and conditioner off the floor. For some, this can be dangerous and lead to falls in the shower. Just an observation. I'm sure that, once complete, this hotel will be fine.

Room numbers are on the floor next to the doors , television has no channels, breakfast is a bust - a muffin toast cereal and malt o meal te the owner lady knows what’s going on and is a terrible employer she lets the under paid employees deal with complaints and irate customers. A baby cricket is crawling across the floor as I type this review, łI do not recommend choice hotels …. I’ve tried year after year to maintain status and use this hotel chain …. I was treated better before I became platinum. Do Not Stay Here.
