I don’t know how people leave decent reviews. They must be fake. We checked in late with my family to room 325. The door to the room would barely open, paint and wall paper was peeling off the walls, the room smelled like death, body hair was everywhere in the bed, stains everywhere, the room was filthy. I could not stay here with my family. We immediately went downstairs to Pinkash, the attendant, and told him of the unsanitary conditions. I requested refund but since we booked through Expedia I had to call them. We gave the attendant the room keys and he said he noted our concerns and the manager would authorize a refund the next day. I stayed at this hotel when it was the Sleep Inn and stayed here last Monday. Even though it hasn’t been updated much, it smells and looks cleaner than before. The common areas and rooms are clean really clean and you can tell the linens are new since they reopened. The staff is really nice and the airport shuttle and free breakfast are really nice additions. It’s a no frills, budget hotel that does the job…and it has a jacuzzi!

This hotel is disgusting and would never recommend anybody not even my enemy. I had to stay here for 3 days which I am truthfully regret. I had nowhere else to stay as well as no money since it was tied up in the hotel. Since I was staying here I had come across three different occasions with different cockroaches in my stay. As well as a bottle of pee next to my car after I checked out. I had told them the second night that I was seriously distressed I was even crying to them about my stay and how much I hated staying there they offered me another room but I was already in my room and I could tell that the hotel was just a whole roach infestation place. You get what you pay for! I feel like I have to check in, after reading some of the reviews, because this hotel offers exactly what they charge for. Clean, pleasant, accommodating, basic. I dinged the room one star because there was no waste basket in the room and I was just too tired to ask for a replacement. But, for an overnight due to a missed plane connection, it was just fine, not a five-star hotel, but they don't charge for that.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this is by far the worst! Got in late from an international flight and had 2 rooms reserved. One room was used when we went in. They put us in another room and the person in that room got eaten alive by bed bugs. Dead roaches everywhere. Dirty side tables in rooms, hair and grime in sink and shower. Shower leaking. Floor and carpet stained. Elevator was nasty. Breakfast was a joke. I had booked through Travelocity and called them the next day and they gave me a $100.00 credit. Then I called the following day after my friend broke out in bed bug bites and they said it was up to the hotel to refund us. Hotel refused. Nightmare now to fumigate my friends home.
