Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

As a lifetime Titanium Elite member, I’ve gone to many Marriott properties all over the country and the world. This is one of the best ones I’ve been to. The rooms are updated, spacious and squeaky clean. The bar is beautiful, the club lounge is well stocked, and the location is great. Quick ride to anywhere and very walkable. The staff is amazing…huge shout out to Pedro the manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and Nicolas at the front desk who was a total delight.

Incredible place to stay. Very convenient (walking) to many eateries, breweries, etc. in downtown. Perfect for a place to stay for an event at the Convention Center. Great restaurant and bar. Staff was amazing from checkin to bell to housekeeping. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds comfortable. Great shower. Lots of counter space.

I stayed here for a conference in April 2022. We'll start with the positives: The view from my room was outstanding, I could see the baseball stadium, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The gym facilities are unbelievable, the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly and helpful. Food is okay, but reasonably priced. The negatives: housekeeping did not come to my room once and the 5 days I was here. I had to use the same towels over and over and steal some from the pool area to shower with. My trash was never emptied, I had to leave it outside the room after the third day as it was overflowing. There's no shuttle to and from the airport.

Never expected a Sheraton to be so nice. The lobby, bar and office space was expansive and pretty, Carcara restaurant and Breeze bar had very good food & service (I did not have dinner at either). The rooms were large and had everything you needed

Great experience staying here while in town for the Fiesta Bowl. The location is perfect. The lobby and lobby bar are impressive, and the food at the bar was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made the stay even better. One suggestion for corporate: the bathrooms could use some updates, as the shower needs repairs.
