Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel

This place sucks. They gave me a dirty room with slept in sheets. (Pic below, this is what the room looked like when I entered). No wifi. Their entire registration is shut down and there’s not directional signage. Elevators out of service for 20-something floors. There’s no parking. Room is fine but sheets are tough and hard. They did not seem remorseful or surprised that they gave me a dirty, slept-in room. Stay elsewhere, I’m sure literally anywhere else you’ll have a better experience. For the price, it’s absolutely not worth the experience. The rooms are super basic/cheap as well, I could’ve stayed at regular Marriott and had an equivalent room, there’s nothing special here.

Comfortable stay overall. The room felt clean and updated, and the bed was genuinely comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The lobby and common areas were well-kept, and the layout works nicely whether you’re here for a quick trip or an event. Staff were polite and helpful when needed, though service timing could be a little inconsistent depending on the moment. Good location and a solid option if you want a reliable, straightforward stay.

Great party hotel with a quiet hours beginning at 11:30 p.m. ||Let's say you're partying in this great downtown area. Close to everything till 1:00 a.m. I need to get back to your room and you want to keep partying ||Nothing to stop you from talking loudly and playing music and having a great time. ||If a neighbor in a room across the hall or next to you has any kind of problem with You're allowed noise from partying and calls the front desk, no problem. ||You've got three warnings before you're evicted on the 3rd warning. ||So after the first warning just keep partying. Although just tone it down a little bit, but not much. More morning, so just keep partying having a great time until they come back again and give you you your final warning before you're evicted on the last third warning.

This historic hotel has been well maintained and speaks highly of its management and team who obviously take pride in their work. All the staff I encountered throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my nice clean spacious room with a great view. The club lounge was inviting with warm comfy decor, a little office nook, and some great well stocked snack and drink options. The morning hot breakfast choices were spot on and the friendly hostess kept the lounge at its best 24/7. I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely book again in the future.

Spent a night here and came away pretty happy with it. The room looked recently updated and felt comfortable, especially the bed. It was easy to settle in, and having food, drinks, and coffee options close by made the stay more convenient. The hotel also seems well set up for business travel or events with plenty of meeting space. Service wasn’t always consistent, but everyone was polite and helpful, and the stay was enjoyable overall.
