Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport

Positive: Love the rooms and the bar/restaurant area. Like the pool too. Negative: That we now have to pay for parking.

From check-in to check-out, this stay was nothing but frustration. When I checked in, I was given room keys that did not work, leaving me stuck outside with all of my belongings. Housekeeping had to let me into the room. Once inside, I noticed stains on both the blanket and top sheet, and a lamp that didn’t even have a working light bulb. I went back downstairs to get new keys, and those didn’t work either. Honestly, if housekeeping’s key worked, mine should have too. On Saturday, I paid extra for breakfast and was extremely disappointed. The eggs were clearly powdered/fake, and the pancakes and bacon were so hard they were barely edible. For the price, I expected much better. Later, I asked housekeeping to pick up my used towels, and the employee was rude and dismissive, saying she “wa

**Blood found in room and no urgency or phone call from Marriott** I normally don’t ever leave reviews, but I feel like Marriott Corporate has not shown any urgency in my wellbeing or in the seriousness of this. Marriott earned income for Q3 2025 was $728 Million. Marriott can’t make $728 Million in profit and not have urgency when a facility has blood in a customer’s bed. I am more disappointed than anything!! In my stay this week their was a large amount of dried blood in the bed. This was and is very disturbing. The front desk staff was actually great through it all but I never received a call from a manager and specifically no calls from Marriott even though we copied them in on the complaint with pictures. I had a two-queen room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The room had a large desk area, refrigerator, closet, and a comfortable bathroom. As someone who stays in hotels two to three times a week, my top priorities are a clean room and a clean bathroom—this hotel delivered both.||The shower was excellent with great water pressure and a showerhead that actually worked well, which isn’t always the case in many hotels. The shuttle service was comfortable and reliable, and it’s a short walk to grab a quick bite nearby if you don’t feel like dining in.||Overall, I found my room to be clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay.

Wow! This Sheraton hotel was so beautiful!! As soon as you walk in, it’s clean and smells fresh! Staff was nice and helpful! We had a balcony room and it was gorgeous! The views were from inside and you could see the indoor pool. The hotel itself was really beautifully designed! This hotel is near the airport, easy to get to and close to Dearborn and surrounding areas! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
