Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Metro Airport

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, spacious and newly renovated. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The 2 free drinks nightly and snack bar from 5:30 - 7pm was a bonus. Hanging out in the large lobby with our team was a plus so we would not disturb the other guest into the night. But the true highlight of our stay was Alesia, the bartender.||Alesia went above and beyond in every way—her hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. She remembered our preferences, made great conversation, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. Her drinks were fantastic, but her personality and professionalism were what truly made our evening

We had an outstanding stay! Two drinks per person at happy hour (though the snacks were kind of anemic) and a nice selection from the restaurant at very fair prices. The room was super quiet, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was exceptional, with made to order omelets. The shuttle to the airport is every 15 minutes---no long waits for transportation.

So I already spoke to the hotel about this but wanted to put it out there. DND sign on your door doesn’t stop house keeping from entering. So be mindful. I just happened to be in my room eating breakfast when they opened my door. I ran to it so fast i think i scared housekeeping. I did speak to the front desk who told the house keeping manager. Other than that, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff is also very nice.

Location was good . That’s about as high of quality as it got. We came to celebrate our Nieces bday. Seeing she just lost her father this birthday was a special one . This hotel was picked due to the location and the reviews. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE IN A HOOD CLUB to say the lease. We were dam near searched at the door and monitored every step that we took. For the money that was spent, we expected a bit more comfortable. They now have a wristband system so to speak. Cool , but if you have a minor in the pool area, allow the adult which whim is not swimming to be in the area with said child. This was a horrible experience and will discourage anyone from coming here to unwind or anything else. Also the room was below standard of such a big name hotel. They were completely ran through in a
