Well that's my home for right, it's a blessed for me not to be homeless, I wouldn't refer it just not in a safe place. It's no longer a motel, there studio living.
TAKES LONGER THAN 5 MIN TO DELIVER A PIZZA HERE. LOCKED LOBY THEN SLOW ELEVATORS. OTHER THAN THAT ITS GREAT.
The property management has had the property for less than a year (as of this post), but are planning a major renovation. The staff are friendly & helpful when they can be; but are stretched thin handling many inherited problems (including bed bugs). Rates are quite affordable, but the place has a long wait list, & maintenance is a bit under budgeted.
I have a friend who lives here, & I just dropped her off. But to my understanding this hotel board's people that are homeless, & their allowed to live here until they get a better place to live.
I don't like this place at all. My brother used to live there. They kicked him out saying he reinvested his room; with bed bugs.B.S.! The bed bugs never went away!!! The city should close it down!!!😤🐛🐜😠
