Customer Reviews
Both owner Christina and manager Alicia are pleasant and helpful. The park has only a washer and dryer for amenities but it’s quiet and staff are working to improve its appearance. My stay there for 6 1/2 months was nice. Jim McDonald
This place is a true staple of Old North Sacramento - where a combination of genuine community, safety and an overall feeling of "home" prospers. Tucked away, cute Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park brings comfort, happiness and provides a beautiful and safe community where all the tenants thrive. After residing here for a long duration, I would recommend it to anyone and everyone interested in settling down in Sac, for short/long periods. It is by far the best RV park in Sacramento, if not the best in all of Northern California! This comes from my genuine personal expirience, as well as a shared consensus from those who resided here. It is a very good place to live and is HIGHLY recommended!
I lived here for about a year, and everything was great. The park owner Christina is wonderful and was great to work with. Never had any issues while living here. Super close to one of the cheapest gas stations in sacramento, super convenient, and I’ll miss living here for sure. Thanks for having me!
My colleague and I were working in Sacramento for a month. Sacramento Village was perfect for us, place was quiet at night, neighbors friendly, easy in/out terms. Way better than a motel for men working away from home.
Worst place ever!!!! The park is like living in Twilight zone, people are weird, if the sewer breaks which it does often they don't give you a bottled water they take forever to fix it no I just thinks that and people are just rude they get into each other's business they play virtual reality games and try to cause harm and potential damage to people they don't like including myself The manager there is respectful and helpful The owners are not they're greedy and kick out where they want whatever they want and the maintenance guy lol
