Very nice, cute, clean RV park with kind neighbors. Feels safe for myself and daughter. Mgmt. team is amazing. Angelina is an angel! She helped get me urgently into the park on very short notice. She genuinely cares about me. Antoinette welcomed me with a big smile which I needed. She is very professional and genuinely caring as well. This is my 2nd time returning to a Monte Christo property and highly recommend to all as the mgmt team is phenomenal and properties are well taken care of!
The experience I received at college oaks MH & RV park was nothing but spectacular I was able to witness such a great community and had amazing interactions with everyone I ran into. Big shout out to the Manager Antoinette she was so communicative and helpful during my stay. Definitely coming back soon
College Oaks is a charming RV park located in Sacramento. The manager Antoinette is a very kind and caring person. She cares greatly for her community and keeps the park nicely maintained. I highly recommend this park.
The rent for a spot is very fair. The community itself is very friendly, and with one entrance, it kind of feels like a gated community. Very friendly neighbors, pets, cheap rent. this place is great!
College oaks us a great RV park. Centrally located and easy access to freeways and resources in the area. Manager is helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend College Oaks if you need a RV park in the Sacramento area
