The staff at this hotel is truly amazing—always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help guests. Their positive attitude makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.||The hotel itself is clean, well-presented, and maintained with great attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged and visually appealing. I was especially impressed by the complimentary breakfast. In many hotels, a free breakfast can be underwhelming, but this one exceeded expectations—great variety and quality.||The room was spotless, and I really appreciated the bathroom design. It’s clear the hotel took smart steps to prevent future water damage, including installing an exhaust fan, which is a huge plus for long-term maintenance.||I will most definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The manager is such an amazing person. His energy is enthralling. The staff is super friendly and they do a great job. The rooms are amazing. Everything is amazing. The only thing I would change would be the shower heads and the vents. The shower heads have like no pressure. When I was cooking the smell would stay in the room. But I loved the stay here.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, and the Residence Inn in Sacramento is by far my favorite. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the entire experience felt seamless. The customer service was truly exceptional. Luis, the General Manager, who personally checked us in made everything so easy, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. You can tell the leadership sets the tone here. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and absolutely squeaky clean. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. This property really stands out. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

I really enjoyed my stay. Tina and Luis made it especially memorable—Luis’s strong customer-service mindset and positive energy clearly trickle down to the entire staff. I slept great: the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety, and the woman working the breakfast area genuinely cared about guests’ experience and actively asked for feedback, which was refreshing. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the shower handle being positioned away from the stream so you don’t get sprayed when turning it on—small but very nice touches like that really stood out.
