Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Airport

Between Phoenix/Chandler and surrounding areas, if you have the option, stay at this establishment. Simple, professional interactions. Clean, quiet rooms. Elevators in all buildings. These are supposed to be the standard, but around here, this males this hotel a standout location. In all of this, they remember one thing: the guests in your hotel deserve professionalism, peace, and quiet. We deserve room keys that work, respectful staff, and PRIVACY. Quite a few other locations can learn a lot from this staff and team. Every interaction is seamless. I requested a high floor, due to being here for multiple weeks. Went for a work/baseball trip and had an absolutely amazing experience. Hotel is an easy drive from anywhere you'd want to go. Chase Field was a 10 minute ride at Midday. I loved that there was an In N Out Burger within easy drive too. Staff were VERY friendly, welcoming and helpful with ANY question I had. Can't say enough good things about the hotel, its location or the staff. Would LOVE TO stay here again!

Our stay there was very good. Just couple minor things kept me from rating it excellent. Due to covid breakfast was prepackaged; husband said was ok, but I didn't care for it. First day no cereal offered except instant oatmeal. Need to have regular bread available for toasting; A waffle machine would be a great addition. Location was good, right off the 202; but was quiet. Enjoyed the pool area. even though if was chilly while there the pool was heated enough that it was enjoyable. Room was nice size and bed comfortable. Even though I didn't rate it excellent due to a couple minor things, we would gladly stay there again.

The rooms are clean and they are very nice. The staff is very helpful, but maybe a little understaffed. My big issue is the location. If this hotel is just a stopover to get to the airport the next day than it is fine. However, you are in a neighborhood that looks really industrial and run down. There is no restaurant or grocery store within walking distance and unless you’re willing to drive a good 20 minutes, there are really no quality restaurants. It is mostly fast food.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Marriott Phoenix Airport Hotel, thanks in large part to Maritza at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She noticed it was my birthday and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade — such a kind gesture that made our stay extra special. The check-in process took less than five minutes, and she was so friendly towards our family that we immediately felt welcomed. What impressed us even more was the care shown by the housekeeping staff. They went out of their way to make sure our room was always in perfect condition and even checked in with us when they noticed we were stepping out, despite having the Do Not Disturb sign up. That level of attentiveness and respect really stood out. W
