I checked out of this establishment shortly after checking in due to completely unacceptable living conditions. The room was infested with roaches, and there were clear signs of illicit activity on the premises, including prostitution. It also appeared that several individuals posing as hotel guests were actually long-term tenants, which made the environment feel unsafe and unprofessional. I requested a refund since I did not stay, but the front desk representative, Aisha, seemed unprepared to handle the situation. She hesitated, gave vague responses, and ultimately failed to process a refund. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This is my second time staying and I must say I not disappointed yet! My room was very clean, but like always I wipe down everything! I had a small issue after checking in, but the front desk clerk was Johnny on the spot. THANK YOU! He was very friendly! Didn't get his name

roaches in the hometown room (142) so watch out. If they’re a kitchenette try to avoid at all cost. I asked to switch rooms which they informed me at 12 noon & my new room still wasn’t ready after 2+ hours “the housekeeping team is running behind”. elevators are always down too. room service is trash, you have to request towels & clean linen 4-7 times a day & even still they don’t show up. so beware.

Positive: "" Negative: Has bed bugs and roaches. Looks very clean when coming in but is infested with bugs. The parking lot needs to be redone as well.
