Baymont by Wyndham Southfield/Detroit

It's unpleasant, the carpet is dirty, the sheets and mattresses looked like they had urinated on them, everything was stained yellowish, and not to mention the smell, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was full of hair.I have been with my family in several hotels but this one is really disgusting. I went out with my family and preferred to lose the reservation. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's disgusting just looking at the invitations.

Carpet was wet room, roaches in the microwave and floor. Pillows very small one roll of tissue, Frigidaire was leaning, TV wasn't working. Did charge my room but that room didn't have the cable also the TV wasn't working properly. No ice bucket just ice bag. Elevator out had to take steps.

When me and my partner booked this hotel it looked decent and a good bang for buck on the pics. We arrived at 3am so we were too tired to look for alternatives but stayed up all night wishing we did. At one point we contemplated leaving the room to sleep in the car. Why you ask? The front desk workers were unprofessional, told us we had 15mins to check the room and leave (this was repeated many times before check in) before we had made an impression which concerned us, as if it was some crime scene. The whole motel looked like it survived a flood or fire with the walls and halls being dirty, stained and the carpets being uncomfortably damp. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off out of disgust. I called this hotel with the intention of booking a 28-day extended stay, but I had one simple question first: Do you have a pool? The woman who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she rudely hung up on me. No courtesy, no “hold please,” nothing—just a dial tone. As someone ready to spend serious money on a long stay, I expect at least basic professionalism. If this is how potential guests are treated over the phone, I can only imagine how the service would be in person. This place just lost out on 28 nights of business due to careless, disrespectful customer service. I’ll gladly take my money somewhere it’s appreciated.

This place is the worst hotel I legit have ever stayed. Every room they put us in had plenty of mold and were super dirty. The pool and hot tub were closed (probably never even opens). The next morning my buddy woke up with a bunch of bed bug bites on him. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
