February 23.2026 My name is Adrienne M Turner My first time staying there nice clean room nice clean inside and out. Nice staff help Customer Service nice managers friendly staff everyone was nice. I felt like a royalty like a queen I will be back and I’ll recommend it. Room was nice and clean. Smell good and I have no problems. I will recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the nice hospitality.❤️

Be warned! You've Been Advised!||I checked into this property late, after midnight, due to a delayed flight, and after getting some rest, I checked out that same morning. Again, you've been warned. ||This location doesn't create an environment that makes you feel relaxed and secure. Unprofessional hotel staff (rude af), hotel elevator was dirty/unswept) and had spilled liquor on the floor; you could smell it (tequila), an unclean room, the toilet didn't flush, the microwave wasn't clean, long hair strands on the comforter and pillow(s), loud guests (conversations/yelling/laughing) in the halls/guests slamming room doors – walls are very thin, strong smell of marijuana throughout hotel. Our first floor room was noisy (hall and adjoining rooms). We have stayed at many Choice Hotels, especially during a 2016 tour of National Parks out west. All were clean, comfortable and came with a very good breakfast. Following a hospital procedure, we decided to forego the drive back to the Lansing area and get some rest before making the trip. This is a tired hotel, lacking in personality and the breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had at a Choice Hotel.

Evidence of bedbugs during our stay. My mother was bitten. Staff became defensive. Still waiting on the general manager to give me a call. Stay somewhere else. Update: I’d leave a 0 star if I could. Staff has left a response to our review, but have yet to actually call us as requested. Again, stay somewhere else where they care about customer service. Additionally, the breakfast is barely edible, there was hair on the clean linen, Nike stickers in the mirror, and no encasements in the mattress. Stay somewhere else before they gaslight you for their poor service. The defensive employee was Tiffani Parker and the manager who has not called me as I requested is Devin Dallo. Comfortable stay, quiet hours respected by other guests Lovely continental breakfast and the area to eat was great. Room could have used a little bit more attention to detail, previous occupants may have had some kind of party as there was glitter in a few spots and some stickiness on the floor.
