Red Oak Inn Southfield

Lady was nice at the desk but the room was disgusting, it had a dead bug in the bathroom, one alive bug (big bugs btw) stained bathtub and toilet, lights were not fully working, bed didn’t look like it was going to keep me and the girl warm and the pillows wasn’t enough. I instantly got a refund and unfortunately went to the more pricey red roof down the street.

Room looked terrible, seen stinkbugs, spiders. Box spring looked terrible when inspecting between the bed. Bathroom looked pretty bad. Door doesn’t have a seal between it which made bugs and air seep through. The refund has to be made within 15 minutes or you lose it. I’d only book a room here for a couple hours of X-tivities and leave. That’s all it’s worth nothing more

Horrible place to stay. Literally.. The lady gave me a room without a bathroom door. Then the lady with the black hair that only work weekends had a housekeeper go in my room while I wasn’t there. This place has REALLY fell off. The fact that it’s not shut down yet is crazy. Roaches in the rooms … filters never changed.

I wasn’t gonna expose y’all but the front desk lady gave my personal information to someone who lives there knowing that’s unprofessional and not safe! I stayed In 317 while waiting on my rental to be available. The walls the floors the tub the toilet the sink everything was nasty stained up with hair everywhere. The most trifling place ever. I am disgusted the microwave is broken it almost exploaded like an electrical problem! Charged me $80 for a single trifliningroom but when I called they said it would be 59.99! This place needs to be shut down. I will be calling the health department since they don’t do refunds. Tub was so dirty shower curtain was disgusting full of scum and bacteria toilet was foul im disgusted!!!!!

Walls are disgusting! Bed looked disgusting and old sheets! The place looked very dusty and worn down. You can tell they do not care for the property. Abandon cars in lot, literally looked like the projects. Shut this place down! Makes Southfield area look bad.
