Red Roof Inn Phoenix - Midtown

I recently spent 4 nights at the Red Roof Inn in Midtown Phoenix. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel.. and it was.. kudos to the maid service. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The problem wasn't inside.. it was what goes on outside that kinda ruined it for me. It began early, around 7. It sounded like a drag strip! For 4 hours I had to listen to loud cars and motor cycles fly up the main street. It wasn't long before they were drowned out by police sirens. I went to bed early with a headache but unfortunately the noise level prevented me from having a peaceful evening. There are little to no amenities.. there was a decent television, a microwave and a small fridge. There are no fancy toiletries, pool or continental breakfast. There's a gated entrance and

Positive: It was kind of clean. The desk staff were kind and helpful. Negative: I'm in a wheelchair, and when I got there I was put in a regular room without any handicap accommodations.

The room was clean and they have towels and soap all line up and everything is good. I just wait security guards will walk around more keep people safe.

I had a confirmed reservation at this Red Roof Inn that I booked several months in advance. Recently, the hotel canceled my reservation without a valid reason. After contacting them, it became clear that the hotel had increased their room prices and apparently oversold the property. The only option they offered was to book again at a rate that was nearly three times higher than what I originally paid. Canceling a confirmed reservation simply because prices went up is extremely unprofessional and unfair to guests who planned ahead. Travelers rely on hotels to honor their bookings, especially when reservations are made months in advance. This experience completely destroyed my trust in this property, and unfortunately it reflects poorly on the entire Red Roof Inn brand. Because of this situa

I booked a room for an overnight stay. 1/15/26 thru 1/16/26. When I left I forgot a jacket and shirt hanging on the bathroom door. I went back to Settlement several hours later. I got my shirt back and was told there was no jacket in the room. I told the guy, the jacket was hanging over the shirt. He told me there was no jacket in the room. I told him its pretty bad when you can't trust your house cleaning crew. He told me, its not like that. I told him it is obviously that way and left. Im still upset about not getting my jacket back.
