Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

The conditions and staff conduct I experienced were unacceptable and fell significantly below Radisson’s published hospitality, sanitation, and service standards. Upon arrival, the front desk environment was visibly disorganized, with multiple upset guests present. The front desk representative, Kristen, appeared overwhelmed, rude and frustrated. After being assigned my room, I discovered it was in a filthy condition and clearly had not been cleaned or properly prepared for occupancy. I made several attempts to contact the front desk from my room, and was repeatedly placed on hold without explanation (answeringphine and putting phine on hold). Great location close to a lot of destinations. The room was clean and comfortable. Great pool area. Staff very accommodating and friendly. One small critique would be the hallways had an odor. I think it was the carpet needing to be cleaned or removed. Otherwise enjoyed our 5 night stay.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the experience was incredibly smooth and welcoming. America went above and beyond to guide us in finding the shuttle, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the start. When we got to the shuttle, our driver Brian was just amazing, friendly, helpful, and professional. He truly set the tone for our stay. The combination of great staffing and outstanding customer service made all the difference. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests and goes the extra mile to make every part of the stay enjoyable. This level of hospitality counts for so much, and it’s exactly why our stay felt not only convenient, but special. Highly recommended!

My one night stay was great. Staff were friendly, especially the employee at the bar/restaurant. Customer service is very important to me & she simply did her job & you could tell she loves her job. The room was clean, many rags & towels, & complimentary bottle of water. The hotel offered hotel shuttle round trip & they didn’t disappoint!! A major plus for me was the security after hours. The entrance doors are locks & you have to use your room key card to gain entry & there is a security guard on the premises also. I would stay again.

We only stayed here for 1-night. The hotel was clean and the room (2-bed) was spacious. There was a very big size outdoor pool. There was no carpet in the room and breakfast was not included. We used the airport shuttle which ran every 30 min on the hour.
