Quality Inn Olive Branch - Memphis South

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a bit sparse (just waffles, heat n’ eat sandwiches, and continental), but tasty. The rooms weren’t amazing, but weren’t awful either. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and the shower had hair in it. There was also a mysterious yellow stain on the bedsheets. Other than that, it was a good stay for a fair price.

Priya was very professional and caring employee. Willing to help people in need. I am really enjoyed the stay here very clean, has structure and would recommend the stay to the people. So if there is anything the Chamber of Commerce could recognize the employees here.

The staff was nice, especially the man who was there in the mornings. The TV and phone didn’t work in the first room so they moved us to another room. The second room was good overall but the deadbolt didn’t turn/didn’t work, so that was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, assorted pastries, coffee, and juice. The floor in the lobby and hall was pretty sticky. There was an unpleasant smell in some places, especially in the bathroom of the first room, but I think it might be from a cleaning product. It’s across the street from Kroger, so the location is convenient.

I rented two rooms for three nights; rooms 217 and 108. The hotel was dirty. I was there for three nights. The hallway upstairs had the same bags of trash in the hallway all three days. The hallway floor had not been vacuumed. My room had outlets that didn’t work. There was no stopper for the tub so I could not take a bath. On the floor between the dresser/entertainment center and the desk had a mass of hair on the floor. The night staff was untrained and did not how to extend a my stay. Other guests showed up at t he front desk with complaints about their refrigerator was not working and was suppose to have been replaced that day. He had spoiled food. Another guest complained that his TV was not working for the second day. Room 108 had bugs crawling on the shower wall and the floor

Very clean room, very good breakfast (Jimmy Dean) sandwiches! Kristi at the front counter very great, very friendly and funny. The place was quiet.
