Hampton Inn Olive Branch

The location is great! The cleanliness and attention of the guest, below average! One minute the pool works, the next it don’t. Seems like the ONLY HAVE IT RUN ON WEEKENDS! During the week “they act like they can’t work it” beyond the POOL “malfunctioning” / people not wanting to work, the cleanliness of the rooms are lacking. The workers are kind but the effort is minimal. They change the sheets but lack the floors. It’s like they short handed honestly and the company don’t wanna hire the “help” I’m here on “vacation” and haven’t got to use to pool once, it’s to cold, even tho when calling and asking it’s”warmed” they turn the heat off to keep people away. The workers in general get the vibe that they don’t want to work after the 1st shift shows up! Honestly I expect better from a Hilton,

First room they gave me had an overwhelming smell of urine. The bathroom floor was sticky and filthy. The bed was made up messy. |I was assigned another room and it was clean. ||The hotel carpet is very worn and filthy. The property needs a complete renovation. I’m surprised Hampton corporation allows this property to remain in this condition. ||I will not return. My room cost was $114. I can get a much better value.

The lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for a Hilton. When I arrived I found that the air filter in my room's AC unit had not been cleaned in a long time, and the tile flooring part of my room was very dirty. I told the front desk and they said they would have housekeeping deep clean my room. When I returned the next night, I found that the floor did not appear to be cleaned at all, and housekeeping left a bag of trash on the desk in my room, with the bag of trash touching the coffee maker and cups.

Positive: The location is close to highway, it's on major road easy to get to Negative: Was rated very high for being "very clean" and was not, the pillows we had were sweat stained and disgusting. There was hair in the bathroom in both shower and on walls.

My family stayed here this Thanksgiving 25' and let me assure you this place is extremely comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Every room, corner, floor, & bathroom was super clean. The staff was very kind and honest. I accidentally left my purse in the lobby after our amazing complementary breakfast. I was terrified, my daughter & I ran down the stairs and the employees had found my bag and secured it. What a relief! The entire stay was great and breakfast was DELISH. Oh, btw it changes everyday
