Comfort Inn & Suites Olive Branch Old Towne

Our stay was phenomenal! Hotel is very clean with the friendliest people working there. Room was comfortable and the bedding was perfect. The shower also had shockingly really good pressure! Breakfast was great as well, and well stocked and fresh the entire time. Definitely will be staying here again!

It is a very clean hotel. It seems very new. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The continental breakfast is about what you'd expect at most budget hotels. Edible, but not fancy. Complaints: front desk staff at check in had zip for personality and seemed like he could barely speak English. The wall chargers on each side of our bed didn't work, meaning our phones didn't charge overnight. And, the side, outside doors, which are supposed to be key entry, don't close all the way by themselves which ends up with them being left slightly ajar and you can enter without a key. Also, although we don't use them, we noticed the various vending machines were pretty much empty.

Positive: Room and bed was comfortable, a lot of space.. Negative: Price wise, I mean the room was nice but the prices for one night is crazy. Ijs don’t u want to attract paying customers other than just events..

The room was nice and clean. I asked for an extra blanket because my husband was cold and I was told that I couldn't have extra linen. Went to eat breakfast at 8:30A and there was only 1 sausage and a handful of eggs. I have a family of 3 so we had to go out and purchase food. There was no more food prepared. Towels were limited in the room. We bath at night and in the morning. Only 2 towels of each size. Will not be staying here again.

We love comfort inn and suites! The beds and pillows were great as always. However, the sliding door to the bathroom was messed up. We do not like the half glass shower door and the big conditioner bottle was totally empty. We did not notice until needing it. We like the old little bottles better.
