Home Inn and Suites Olive Branch

The front desk attendant ,riwick , was the kindest gentleman i have ever dealt with in a hotel like this. Such a breath of fresh air from the hotel next door that double charged me and was so rude I left crying. This hotel was showing sold out but the front desk pulled every string possible and was able to not only accommodate my needs but the price is more than reasonable. I truly see how they are always booked up. Also, the room was clean I never saw anything that made me feel like I should be in full PPE , which is also not common for a place with prices like this ! I really appreciate the kindness and hospitality and effort of going above and beyond in a very stressful and unexpected time for me. I’d recommend Home Inn and Suites to anyone and big shout out to Riwick at the front desk

My son and his wife and I had two ground floor rooms at this facility, across the hall from each other. Check in was fine and the rooms were very adequate, though sparse with toiletries. The Inn is almost new, so that makes for a nice stay. All rooms are accessed through the lobby. WiFI was fine, but no breakfast was available.||Our rooms were next to the staircase and the noise from people going up and down the stairs was very bothersome all during the night. My son said he only got 3 hours of sleep. ||Parking is adequate and there are plenty of nearby places to eat. There is a gasoline station directly in front of the hotel and a well-known donut place as well. They are both far enough away that noise was not a problem.||Would I stay at this facility again? Attention they do not have any truck or trailer parking even though they're Google ads says they do. I called and the front desk lied to me directly and said that they had truck and trailer parking they're so unfamiliar with English that they didn't understand truck and trailer meant semi trucks so they lie and say they do have parking to get you there.

I only stayed here one night. Pretty basic. Nothing stays out but if you want a decent, cheap stay. Its close to restaurants & shops. But the one thing tht made me dislike this place(much like the Home2suites). Its like these hotels don't accommodate for sleep. Even at night. There wss enough light from outside coming in tht i could see the whole room. How is a person suppose to sleep like tht? I barely slept. But other than that. Its an ok place to stay. If I have to stay in Olive Branch again. Im going else where.

I don’t typically stay in hotels but glad I made an exception for this one. You can tell this is owned locally and they take pride in keeping it extremely clean, much better than most Hiltons and Marriotts I’ve stayed in. No frills: breakfast is minimal, and pillows are mediocre, but they focus on the important things. Room cleanliness and bed comfort were absolutely top notch. Room was very large, high ceiling and bigger than a typical hotel. For the money, this is a 5-star value and in a great location. I’ll stay here any time I’m in the Memphis area for sure.
