Before our trip I called the hotel to ask questions about the pool in the rooms. They were extremely nice on the phone answered my questions. When we arrived the check in was very easy. The staff again was extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to check out a day early and the young guy that was working with so accommodating and they did give me a partial refund which was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean the prices were very reasonable.
Positive: Most hotels don't offer breakfast at this star level , even though it wasn't the greatest selection.. they at least put stuff out for people to have something on their stomach. Also I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.. it was very clean and peaceful Negative: The staff was kind of rude, previous to this visit I had booked a room several times here and was never asked for a credit card to put on file.. apparently their staff is confused on when to ask for credit cards on file and when not
Nice clean room
Great place for the rate. Big drawback was the indoor pool and jacuzzi was out of order. Al and all a nice place to stay.If you want a place in OLIVE BRANCH MS convenient to lots of Shopping try QUALITY INN at 7049 ENTERPRISE DRIVE off Goodman rd @Hwy 78 in OLIVE BRANCH MS TOP notch place for the price. Every once in a while You will have guests that cause a small disturbance but that happens at any Hotel And the Manager and Staff are very polite and friendly.!
The place has a snail. Some rooms smell like mildew. Some rooms just smell old. The breakfast was horrible. Wasn't no breakfast location was okay. It was close to several things. They had a lot lizards everywhere. Not that bad to where you wood Notice it
