Holiday Inn Express & Suites Olive Branch by IHG

I am writing this review a few hours after checking in on 11/14/25. The suite we are in on the 3rd floor is spacious, but it is lopsided and feels like you're walking sideways. No reviews mentioned this and I was shocked to experience this. The room is very clean but there is VERY LITTLE closet space. There are 3 hooks located on the wall between the tv and closet with the safe in it. By the way, that same little enclosed closet is where the bedding for the pull out sofa is stored. I was very impressed with the exceptional hotel staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly when checking in. Also, when I called and asked for extra towels, they brought them up immediately. The elevator went out around 8pm but they got right on it and it was fixed within hours. Every staff per

It was very nice. We stay there passing thru at least once or twice a year. They have a good breakfast. My favorite is the sausage gravy and biscuits but they do have healthy choices as well. I’m a southern girl and I’m not gonna turn down sausage gravy and biscuits when I get a chance to have them.

It's been a while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn and I was really pleased with this location. My daughter and I got in after midnight and the staff was ready to help us. Room was clean and up-to-date. I was surprised how comfortable the beds and pillows were. They rival the nicer Hiltons that I usually stay at. I was most impressed with the breakfast. Real bacon cooked to perfection and hot cinnamon rolls. The new coffee machine provided a better tasting coffee than most hotels offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It was very obvious that this is a very well-run hotel. The desk staff was friendly and attentive. In other words ... they were on top of their game.||The room was clean - very clean - and the air was cold. I love that Holiday Inn Express hotels give you a choice between Soft and Firm pillows. (I'll choose Soft very time!!)||We were just there for one night while traveling. But it's the type of hotel you wouldn't mind stay for a while.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good (biscuits and coffee were great!), and the friendliness of the employees was top-notch. The cons were a wonky shower head with spray going in wild directions, the bathroom floor (especially the edges) needing a good cleaning, and the mini fridge having lots of condensation and not cooling well due to a broken seal. A few minor details could have bumped the review to 5 stars.
