Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olive Branch

My husband and I stayed here for a night while visiting family, and we were really impressed! The hotel feels new, it’s cozy and not too big, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m not sure if there’s a pool, but they do have a nice fitness room. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a small spot of damage on the bathroom ceiling, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The bed was so comfy, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The price was great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus definitely more than we expected! We’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Great value, friendly service, and a relaxing stay!

I would not recommend this hotel. The first and third floors smelled like weed all weekend. The staff was not very helpful or friendly and would respond with smart ass remarks when asked questions. There was some shady stuff going on behind the building. I’m not sure if they stripping parts or what. It was just very weird. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. Especially with kids. Also, I’m not sure if the breakfast is open to the public but there were all kinds of folks coming in and back out for the morning breakfast.

We stayed one night and it was not a good experience. Our room was dirty, no toilet paper when we got there, the shower was dirty, and there was poop on the bathroom door. Was told I would get a refund and never got it and the manger never called me back after asking several times to speak to them. Oh and the address I was given on the confirmation email wasn’t even correct so I had to drive around for almost an hour because no one would answer the phone when calling to figure out where their location was. Will never stay here again or with any hotel they’re affiliated with.

This was easily my most enjoyable stay at a hotel. Sam, the incredible hostess, took great care of my and my family after booking.com screwed up my reservation. She was very friendly and patient. Our room and bathroom were spotless, spacious, and the entire floor was peaceful for a weekend evening. I would stay here in a heartbeat! I'm thoroughly pleased with my stay and my wife expressed the same.

This location is beautiful! I arrived in the late hours and found the parking area was well lighted. The clerk was friendly and efficient, he had me checked into my room in such a short time (I was extremely tired), I appreciated that. The bed!!! The bed felt heavenly! In previous ‘stays’ with Microtel, I have found the rooms to be, well, micro. But this room was spacious and clean. I recommend a stay at this location, it’s a great place and the price too was great.
