Quality Inn Hall of Fame

We were not greeted by the desk when checking in. There was two people behind the desk, neither greeted us or thanked us. The establishment could use some updates, looks very run down. Our room smelled musty and the bathroom sink had been repaired from being broken off at one time. The bed was noisy ,every move the springs made noise. Need new mattresses and updated furniture. Only a desk chair on wheels for extra seating. Continental breakfast can use a huge over haul. We had to head out early and really only had mini chocolate muffins. Although there is a Dunkin donuts close by 😊Granola bars and fresh fruit would be great additions. Greeting people or some kind of communication upon check-in we would be good too. It was a place to lay our head for the night but probably will not

This hotel is way over rated! No way it is 3.9! Rooms were very small - only 2 outlets & no USB outlets. All rooms & areas in need of major renovation. No elevator - first floor is down 6 steps and second floor is a whole flight up. Things were fixed when we asked - but one item was a request to clean the floor! Our socks were black! Shouldn't have been an issue. Instead of 4 nights, we left after 2.

Sara checked us in. Spoke with her in advance to secure preferred location. Check in was easy and straightforward, fulfilling location request. Next day, made contact with friendly Aswin, who helped with towel replacements. Last day, Niki, was front desk supervisor, helping with other laundry needs that popped up. Breakfast details: Protein was eggs served with tasty diced potatoes. Quite a complete selection of the basic starches: waffle maker, bagels, wheat and white bread. Oatmeal varieties, 3 cereals. Apples. Yogurts.Coffee could have been warmer. Yeas were regular Lipton and a caffeine free orange pekoe Nut and Blueberry muffins were delicious.

The girl behind the desk even though she worked 23hrs was still sweet. Was quick to please or fix an issue. The owner or manager switched our room without question when he seen our (baggage) luggage. When i was leaving my fiance was working but the manager was quick to offer me some help and got the luggage cart for me. The management and staff are reason enough for me to come back. And the rooms are spacious and always clean!

Stayed here due to an event me and my boyfriend had to attend in the area. Needless to say me and him didn’t enjoy it room was small and very dirty to me. In the shower there was the complementary shampoo and conditioner that was” used” and half gone just gross! When we took a shower the drain was backed up so we were standing in our own shower water because it didn’t drain ! Ewh! The bathroom mirror was dirty almost as if the last person brushed their teeth and it splashed everywhere. The bed was awful we couldn’t lay in the middle just either on the left or right side due to the bed making this LOUD crack noise because it was broken. We came back after our event and the hallway smelt so bad as if someone just threw up in it. We had lot of stuff to carry but their was no elevator but they
