Baymont by Wyndham Canton/Hall of Fame

Nothing works in this hotel or even the locks of the rooms, they have no staff and to enter your room you have to wait for the door to be opened. This must be closed either return the deposit of the rooms, leave $100 deposit per room and took the money and did not return it.This hotel is a shame.

Well, I was hesitant to even do a review, since my company set this one up for me as a one night stay. Needless to say I will book my own room or use someone that reads reviews on such places. Let's go with customer service, guess I'm looked down upon since I speak English. Customer service was horrible from check in to check out. Felt like I was not even welcomed here. The room, the door was not even closed, the bed looked like someone slept on it and the linen smelled of bad body odor, I felt like a homeless person sleeping under a bridge. I understand the place has been under renovation for the past year, and I have stayed in other hotels that were being renovated and was treated like a diamond guest and the property was well maintained during the restoration. This place was disgust

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever been to, and I have never left a Google review for anything before, but this was horrendous. For starters, we got to our first room which smelled horribly of smoke. We were going to try to just deal with it, but it became so overwhelming to where we had to request a switch of rooms. A staff member at the front desk said that they had to fumigate some of the rooms, which was concerning. When we got to our second room, we couldn’t get the door open. That’s actually not an exaggeration, the door was practically sealed shut. After trying to push against it and open it, an extremely rude employee who had nothing but underwear on came out of the room next to us and screamed for us to keep it down, when all we were trying to do was push

Great place with great , friendly and attentive staff . I’ve been staying here for work for the past 2 month and haven’t had a single issue . Any time I’ve need assistance been immediately accommodated. I’ve yet to see one bug so these reviews stating it is “infested” are a COMPLETE lie . There are no bugs of ANY kind. Clean rooms with clean linens , towels etc . The pool is always clean and hot tub always clean and warm ! Great prices and extremely family friendly. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family !

The positive: the beds were very nice. We slept very well. The staff was prompt and friendly. The negative: When we got there, the remote didn't work and had to request another. The tub drain wouldn't stay opened and had to prop it open . The breakfast was mediocre at best. One ( out of our 6 days there ) they had microwavable b-fast sandwiches. The coffee was from hell the first day, then it got better. The carpet looked very old. See attached pictures. The rooms are in need of an overhaul.
