Hyatt Place Canton

Have stayed here multiple times for business. Located in a busy area, but noise is no issue, as each room has a white noise machine. Staff is always courteous and professional. Has a decent gym and pool. Will always stay here when in the area.

Positive: Size of room, very nice bathroom, ample closet/drawers and free breakfast. Negative: Very slow draining bathtub. Reported it to housekeeping, and hopefully they addressed it (only stayed one night).

Staff are really friendly and outgoing. Rooms are large and clean. Continental breakfast was good. The only drawback is it’s noisy with the traffic outside.

We try staying at a Hyatt anytime we travel so when we had multiple trips over the last couple of months to Ohio we booked this Hyatt. The rooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The front desk staff were always polite and welcoming. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Ohio.

The staff was extremely helpful even though the weather was awful that weekend. They kept the lobby clean and stocked. Our room was very comfortable even with extreme cold and blowing snow. We left an iPad and the staff worked with us to retrieve and receive the item. It is not often you find such a hardworking, conscientious, and honest staff.
